Li-Leng Au

Li-Leng is an actor / creator who has been devising theatre for several years.
Her most recent projects include Arquiem, a touring promenade piece in which she now tours internationally as the female lead. She has also created Spangleguts (a retelling of the Chrystal Casket myth), with London Bubble Theatre Co., has toured regional and outback Australia in Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes and has appeared in film and television including on Silent Witness for the BBC.
Li-Leng came to the world of physical theatre after a life-changing moment, seeing a major theatre in the round performance of Peer Gynt. She went on to be one of the first students at LISPA with Thomas Prattki. She is inspired by companies such as Complicite, Hoi Polloi and Frantic Assembly.
